This is a large, hard-surfaced, outdoor space at the rear of the Centre,

The area has vehicle access, for example, for unloading or a catering van for an event.

The area is not overlooked and is bordered and screened by a dense belt of trees, with the historic viaduct of the Parkland Walk beyond.

While outside uses are obviously dependent on weather, the Centre building provides an overhang for a small proportion of the area.

The Yard has been used for social gatherings and stalls.

We are open to discussion about possible uses.

We would not permit amplified music.

Possible uses include

• market stalls, perhaps a small specialist makers market
• social occasions including parties or barbeques
• special events
