Main Hall

The main hall has a polished, wood floor (see photo above), and a stage.

Uses include

• sport (the hall is used regularly for badminton, football training, and karate)
• public meetings
• concerts
• large social gatherings

Accessibility
There is level access from the entrance of the centre to the hall, but the break-out area has several steps leading to it.

Lounge or 'break-out' area

To one side of the hall is a raised lounge or 'break-out' area, with informal seating and low tables. There is a pleasant, green outlook onto a dense treescape, with the viaduct of the Parkland Walk beyond.

This area is automatically included in the hire of the hall.
